The real Americano
Filtered coffee in its simplest form is obtained by infusion at low pressure.
This type of drink is extremely widespread in North European markets (Germany, England, Scandinavia) and it is characterised by particularly large doses of coffee, more than 150 ml. The coffee has larger grain size compared to the grains used for espresso and it is a high-quality Arabica type.
To obtain these features we propose the use of specific equipment, characterised by infuser groups called FreshBrewer.
