In its simplest form, filtered coffee is obtained by low-pressure infusion. This type of drink is extremely popular in the Nordic markets (Germany, England, Scandinavia) and is characterized by particularly large doses, greater than 150 ml. The grain size used is larger compared to the one used for espresso; moreover, it is prepared using a high-quality coffee blend called “Arabica”. To value these characteristics the dispenser is equipped with infusion groups called ”FRESH BREWER”, analogous to those used in the distributor Korinto Fresh Brew.
